Considering this, our entry-level course is designed to introduce trainees to the principles of bioseparation techniques employed in the industry, their application, and recent technological advances. The course is structured with a strong emphasis on hands-on experience in our Bio-Pilot Lab, where students will be exposed to real-world problems in bioseparation, process analytics and economics.

This course provides an in-depth exploration of fundamental and advanced techniques in mammalian cell culture. Students will gain hands-on experience in maintaining and handling cell lines, ensuring their viability and functionality for research and biotechnological applications. Key topics include aseptic techniques, subculturing methods, and cryopreservation strategies to preserve cell integrity. The course will also cover karyotyping techniques for chromosomal analysis and cell viability assays to assess cellular health and proliferation.
